• Includes certified equipment: Chest harness, waist harness, helmet and gloves.
• All clients must be present 15 minutes before the confirmed time for the tour.
• It is recommended to bring sunscreen, Comfortable clothes, Repelent and a Raincoat.

• An adult must accompany all minors (under 18) during the tour.

• Minimum height: 115 centimeters (3.77 feet)
• Maximum weight in Canopy: 136 kg (300 Lbs)
• Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for all attractions.
• Caps and hats are not allowed during the tour.
• Maximum Trublue descent weight 114 kilos (250 Lbs); this descent is optional.
• For safety reasons, pregnant women and people with back, neck, heart or vertigo problems are restricted.
• For your safety, the use of cameras and cell phones is not allowed during the tour.
