Cancellation Policy

Both tours included in this package follow the same cancellation policy.

• Reservations that have not yet been fully confirmed by Pura Vida Traveling are 100% refundable.
• Once confirmed, cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
• Reservations become fully non-refundable 8 days before the scheduled tour date.
• Cancellations made more than 8 days before the tour may receive a 90% refund.
• Tours may be rescheduled without penalty if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour date.
