Canyoning Adventure (Waterfall Rappelling)

The rappel course features five waterfall rappels ranging in height from 50 to 230 feet.

This canyoning tour begins at a local farm near La Tigra, just 30 minutes from La Fortuna. Upon arrival, you will receive a warm welcome from the locals. After being equipped with a harness, helmet, and gloves, you'll embark on a short 5-minute hike through dense vegetation to reach the hidden canyon. At the first training rappel, your guides will provide a safety briefing before you descend the initial 50-foot rappel. As your skills and confidence grow, you'll tackle three more rappels, each presenting unique challenges.

Descend into a breathtaking world of cascading waterfalls, hidden trails, and rocky cliffs. Experience the thrill of rappelling down vertical drops, leaping into refreshing pools, and navigating through narrow gorges like "La Caracola," all while being surrounded by lush tropical rainforests.

The highlight of the tour is the stunning "Infinity Waterfall," a majestic 230-foot rappel that marks your graduation as a professional Costa Rican rappelled. To conclude your adventure, a friendly local family will treat you to the most authentic and delicious Costa Rican lunch.
