Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy differs slightly between the two tours included in this package.

• 5-in-1 Adrenaline Extreme Pass: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour are not penalized. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour and no-shows are 100% non-refundable.
• Isla Tortuga Full Day Tour: Reservations not yet fully confirmed by Pura Vida Traveling are 100% refundable. Once confirmed, cancellations incur a 10% cancellation fee. Reservations become fully non-refundable within 72 hours of the scheduled tour. Earlier cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the tour provider.
